Chris Furlong has been Chair of the Centre for the last 3 years, and has lived in Heywood for nearly 30 years. Also Chair of Helping Hand, an unincorporated association that distributes food to struggling families across the Borough. Governor at Holy Family College. Senior Volunteer at the Army of Kindness Kitchen.
Carolyn Wilson born and raised in Heywood, works full
time whilst managing a home and family. Carolyn is passionate about art, music and design and enriches the center with her creative skills at seasonal key events.
Andrea Worrall returned to Heywood as a child after living all over the world due to being in a serving army family. Andrea lived on back of the moss estate for many years and brings 30+ years of experience and skills in cooking and baking to the center when teaching the children at the youth club to cook.
Mick Rosser is a qualified fitness instructor and dedicated boxing coach, bringing his expertise to the center running the under 18’s boxing fitness sessions.
